partners in expanding access
Our Impact
Meaningful Student Growth
Students strengthen academic, communication, collaboration, and self-advocacy skills through purposeful, hands-on work.
Lasting Educator Capacity
Teachers and paraprofessionals learn adaptive design methods they can use to strengthen an inclusive classroom practice.
Students Helping Students
Students create practical adaptations that improve access, participation, comfort, and independence for other students in their school and community.
How This Work is Funded
This program is made possible through generous support from city discretionary funding, foundation partners, and individual donors. Current work is supported by the Far Fund, the New York City Council Autism Awareness Initiative, and other allies committed to creating equitable educational opportunities for students with disabilities.
Through a multiyear investment, longtime supporter The New York Community Trust is helping us strengthen and grow Made-to-Learn as we prepare to reach more District 75 students and educators.
