STACS Rest Time

This Rest Time symbol can be used to indicate that rest or nap time is about to start. When paired with other symbols, it can be used as part of a calendar system to help sequence a student's day. It could also be used to support students in making a choice regarding what they might like to do for a break, or to indicate that they will be going on to the mat for a therapeutic activity or for play. A piece of black mat-like material is embedded in the center of the card. This card can also be customized to have bright pink mat-like material embedded in a black backing, search 'mat time'.
